Ingredients
- 1/2 Stalk Fennel
- 1 Apple
- 3 Carrots
- 1 Beet
- 1 Green or red pepper
- 1/2 Jalapeño peppers or more if you are brave
- 1 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Lemon with skin
- 1 Handful Kale
- 1 Inch Fresh ginger root
