Pot-O-Gold Sauteed Rainbow Chard

- 1 Bunch Rainbow Chard
- 1 Tbs Olive oil
- 1 Tsp Garlic minced
- Handful Pine nuts
- 1/8 Cup Crumbled feta
- 1 Tsp Lemon juice
- Rinse, dry and slice leaves 1″ wide.
- Sauté in olive oil with fresh garlic and pine nuts.
- Remove from heat.
- Serve with crumbled feta cheese.
- This is also delicious with some fresh dill and a squirt of lemon juice.
