Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Fresh Italian flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 Tbs Pine nuts toasted
  • 1-1/2 Tbs Fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese grated
  • 1 Tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Serve over your favorite pasta or on bread as an appetizer.
