Pepper Parsley Pesto

- 2 Cups Fresh Italian flat-leaf parsley
- 2 Tbs Pine nuts toasted
- 1-1/2 Tbs Fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese grated
- 1 Tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
- Process until smooth.
- Serve over your favorite pasta or on bread as an appetizer.
