Kale and Date Smoothie
Dates are sweet, delicious and full of dietary fiber. They are a great source of vitamin-A, iron, potassium, manganese, copper and calcium, and make a great smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 Cup Dates or date paste
- 1 Cup Almond milk
- 1/2 Cup Kale fresh or frozen
- 1 Handful Ice
- 1 Tbs Chia seeds
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
