Fresh Mustard Greens and Fruit Smoothie
This is a super filling and refreshing smoothie. The mustard greens give it a bit of a bite. Enjoy!
- 1 Banana Ripened
- 1/2 Apple
- 1/2 Cup Fresh pineapple
- 1 cup Fresh orange juice
- 2 Cups Mustard greens
- 1-2 Cups Ice
- Fresh mint
- Gather your ingredients together.
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and serve.
