Chargin’ Chard
Simple healthy meals are the easiest to cook and feel the best when eaten. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 3 Tbs Olive oil
- 1 Medium Onion chopped
- 1 – 28 oz Can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Bunch Chard chopped coarsely
- 1 Package Fusilli Pasta prepared al dente
Instructions
- Heat oil in medium skillet.
- Add onions and sauté.
- Add tomatoes and simmer while preparing pasta.
- Before serving add chard to tomato/onion mixture; cook about 1 minute until wilted.
- Serve over pasta.
