Chargin' Chard

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tbs Olive oil
  • 1 Medium Onion chopped
  • 1 - 28 oz Can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Bunch Chard chopped coarsely
  • 1 Package Fusilli Pasta prepared al dente

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in medium skillet.
  2. Add onions and sauté.
  3. Add tomatoes and simmer while preparing pasta.
  4. Before serving add chard to tomato/onion mixture; cook about 1 minute until wilted.
  5. Serve over pasta.
