Watermelon, Kalamato Olive & Mint Salad
Here is a fun twist to summer salads. This recipe pushes your taste buds to a new level of unique with this combination of delicious flavors.
- 1 8 Pound Watermelon cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 Pound Crumbled feta
- 1 Cup Kalamata olives cut in half
- 1 Cup Fresh mint chopped
- 1 Tsp Salt
- Chop the watermelon into bite sized pieces.
- Sprinkle with mint.
- Add the olives and salt.
- Stir together then gently add the cheese and serve.
