Lemon Gremolata

Ingredients
- 2/3 Cup Fresh Italian flat-leaf parsley finely chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic minced
- 1 1/2 Tbs Lemon zest
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients together.
- Zest the lemon.
- Mince the garlic and chop the parsley.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Let stand at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Use to top baked potatoes, broiled chicken or any mild-flavored baked fish.
