Tomato & Green Olive Salsa

- 4 Large Tomatoes diced
- 1 Cup Green olives sliced
- 1 Bunch Scallions sliced
- 1 Jalapeño peppers seeded and minced
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Freshly ground pepper
- Gather your ingredients together.
- Cut the green onions.
- Slice the green olives.
- Combine tomatoes, olives, scallions, jalapeño, salt and pepper.
- Serve with chips or our Roasted Vegetable Chips recipe.
