Watermelon, Kalamato Olive & Mint Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 Pound Watermelon cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/2 Pound Crumbled feta
  • 1 Cup Kalamata olives cut in half
  • 1 Cup Fresh mint chopped
  • 1 Tsp Salt

Method
 

  1. Chop the watermelon into bite sized pieces.
  2. Sprinkle with mint.
  3. Add the olives and salt.
  4. Stir together then gently add the cheese and serve.
