  • 1 Banana Ripened
  • 1/2 Apple
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup Fresh orange juice
  • 2 Cups Mustard greens
  • 1-2 Cups Ice
  • Fresh mint

  2. Add all the ingredients into a blender and serve.
