Lemon Gremolata

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 Cup Fresh Italian flat-leaf parsley finely chopped
  • 2 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 Tbs Lemon zest

Instructions
 

  • Gather your ingredients together.
  • Zest the lemon.
  • Mince the garlic and chop the parsley.
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Let stand at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  • Use to top baked potatoes, broiled chicken or any mild-flavored baked fish.
