  • 2 Cups Fresh Italian flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 Tbs Pine nuts toasted
  • 1-1/2 Tbs Fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese grated
  • 1 Tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt


  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Serve over your favorite pasta or on bread as an appetizer.
