Chargin' Chard

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tbs Olive oil
  • 1 Medium Onion chopped
  • 1 - 28 oz Can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Bunch Chard chopped coarsely
  • 1 Package Fusilli Pasta prepared al dente

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in medium skillet.
  • Add onions and sauté.
  • Add tomatoes and simmer while preparing pasta.
  • Before serving add chard to tomato/onion mixture; cook about 1 minute until wilted.
  • Serve over pasta.
