Cheryl's Morning Smoothie

This is the perfect morning meal it is fast and filling.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Fresh or frozen kale
  • 1 Cup Coconut milk more if needed
  • 2 Tbs Greek yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • Handful Walnuts
  • Fresh fruit pears, apricots, berries
  • 1 Tsp Chia seeds

Method
 

  1. Gather your ingredients together.
  2. Chop the fruit.
  3. Throw everything in the blender and puree.
  4. You can substitute any fruit using fresh or frozen.
  5. Get creative with your combinations and enjoy!
