Juicing is a great way to stay healthy; here is one of our favorite recipes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Granny Smith Apples
  • 8 Carrots
  • 1 Inch Fresh ginger root
  • 1 Large Beet

Method
 

  1. Wash vegetables and put through the juicer.
