For the meatballs:

Grass fed ground beef

Cup
Panko bread crumbs

Worcestershire sauce

Onion
finely chopped

Egg
For the sauce
3
Tbs
Coconut oil
4
Cloves
Garlic
minced
1/2 Large
Onion
chopped

Fresh basil
chopped

Tomatoes

Fresh oregano

To taste
Salt & pepper

Crushed red pepper flakes

For the zucchini pasta
2 Large
Zucchini's
julienned
Instructions
For the meatballs
Mx all the ingredients together and place on a baking sheet coated with cooking oil and bake at 400 degrees F, for 25-30 minutes.
For the zucchini pasta
While the meat balls are cooking wash and cut the zucchini.
Using a julienne slicer julienne the zucchini.
For the sauce
Heat up the oil in a large saucepan.
Add the garlic and sauté for 3 minutes, add the remaining ingredients, except the zucchini and cook about 15 minutes.
Add the zucchini and cook just until heated through, about 5 minutes.
Serve with the meatballs and top with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
