Gather your ingredients together.
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Grate the cauliflower, we used a food processor.
Put the cauliflower in a large bowl and cook in the microwave for 7-8 minutes, or until soft.
Cool until you can handle.
Mix together, the egg, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Prepare a 10 inch pizza pan with cooking oil.
Using your hands, pat out the crust.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden.
