This is the perfect morning meal it is fast and filling.

  • 2 Cups Fresh or frozen kale
  • 1 Cup Coconut milk more if needed
  • 2 Tbs Greek yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • Handful Walnuts
  • Fresh fruit pears, apricots, berries
  • 1 Tsp Chia seeds


  • Gather your ingredients together.
  • Chop the fruit.
  • Throw everything in the blender and puree.
  • You can substitute any fruit using fresh or frozen.
  • Get creative with your combinations and enjoy!
