This is the perfect morning meal it is fast and filling.

- 2 Cups Fresh or frozen kale
- 1 Cup Coconut milk more if needed
- 2 Tbs Greek yogurt
- 1 Banana
- Handful Walnuts
- Fresh fruit pears, apricots, berries
- 1 Tsp Chia seeds
Gather your ingredients together.
Chop the fruit.
Throw everything in the blender and puree.
You can substitute any fruit using fresh or frozen.
