- 1 Bunch Rainbow Chard
- 1 Tbs Olive oil
- 1 Tsp Garlic minced
- Handful Pine nuts
- 1/8 Cup Crumbled feta
- 1 Tsp Lemon juice
Rinse, dry and slice leaves 1" wide.
Sauté in olive oil with fresh garlic and pine nuts.
Remove from heat.
Serve with crumbled feta cheese.
This is also delicious with some fresh dill and a squirt of lemon juice.
