  • 1 8 Pound Watermelon cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/2 Pound Crumbled feta
  • 1 Cup Kalamata olives cut in half
  • 1 Cup Fresh mint chopped
  • 1 Tsp Salt


  • Chop the watermelon into bite sized pieces.
  • Sprinkle with mint.
  • Add the olives and salt.
  • Stir together then gently add the cheese and serve.
