Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Stalk Fennel
  • 1 Apple
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 Beet
  • 1 Green or red pepper
  • 1/2 JalapeƱo peppers or more if you are brave
  • 1 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Lemon with skin
  • 1 Handful Kale
  • 1 Inch Fresh ginger root

Instructions

  • Throw into a juicer and enjoy!
