Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bunch Rainbow Chard
  • 1 Tbs Olive oil
  • 1 Tsp Garlic minced
  • Handful Pine nuts
  • 1/8 Cup Crumbled feta
  • 1 Tsp Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Rinse, dry and slice leaves 1" wide.
  • Sauté in olive oil with fresh garlic and pine nuts.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Serve with crumbled feta cheese.
  • This is also delicious with some fresh dill and a squirt of lemon juice.
